Aaron Richards
Aaron Richards is a singer, songwriter and budding producer who will soon undoubtedly become one of the largest voices in the music community. He launched 2020 with his booming record ‘Heartless’ alongside rising, Chinese house-producer Dexter King. Quickly following this with his self-released rendition of Linkin Park’s iconic hit ‘Numb’ (remixed extensively by new and seasoned artists alike), he is bound for continued success with his music in the coming decade.
Finding The Weeknd to be one of his largest influences to date, Aaron Richards is an artist that has a signature sound that has been greatly affected by artists like Jonny Craig, System of a Down, John Mayer and NSYNC. After a few years of releasing covers, remixes and singles, his style has now became recognized by the artist himself as a blend of alt-pop and electronic elements with roots in late 2000s and early 2010s rock.
Officially launching his career as a singer-songwriter in 2015, Aaron Richards has since offered a slew of successful songs. Landing six hits with esteemed label Monstercat alongside artists Hellberg, Ephixa, Stephen Walking, Puppet, Direct and Dexter King, releasing covers for highly appraised names in the music industry including the likes of Jack Ü, The Weeknd and Cher amongst others and unveiling popular songs 'Believe' and collaboration 'Privilege' with Luke Holland the last five years ended with a bang!
Looking to the future, Aaron Richards will continue stamping his digital footprint in the music industry. Not only will he continue releasing covers, but he also plans to focus more on original top-line vocals on a variety of dance music collaborations and create more of his own originals with his alt-pop/electronic style. Taking control of his artistry, he plans to debut his first entirely self-produced track, a landmark cover of John Mayer’s ‘Slow Dancing in a Burning Room’ (simply titled ‘Slow Dancing’ for this rendition), alongside an animated music video he created entirely by himself.
