Arc North Gives Slap House Remix Treatment To Aaron Richards' 'Numb,' Surpassing One Million Streams

Only days after unveiling his passionate alt-pop record 'Slow Dancing,' Aaron Richards receives a pleasantly surprising new addition to his 'Numb' series. This time, DJs and producers Arc North, New Beat Order and Cour come together to release an absolute monstrous slap house remix treatment for the cover. Now, in just three weeks, the edit has already surpassed one million streams on Spotify alone and is steadily rising.

Currently based in Atlanta, Aaron Richards is a singer, songwriter and producer who has established a unique blend of alt-pop and dance elements with rock vibes. As a favorite at popular label Monstercat, the artist has landed six hits with the company alongside newcomers and household names alike, such as Direct, Dexter King, Hellberg and Puppet. Put this together with a slew of covers and original craftsmanship, he is quickly becoming one of the latest, most predominant vocalists to stamp his presence in the electronic scene.

Aaron Richards first unveiled his 'Numb' series across three different segments over the summer, which consisted of six versions. Fans got a taste of what was to come through his original cover in collaboration with producer Essenger alongside a b-side, a cappella rendition. The second segment came in the form of a drum n' bass and ambience remix by Mr FijiWiji. Aaron Richards fulfilled his story by offering three new tracks starting with a trapped out intro, future bass edit by October Child and ending it with a cinematic-melodic journey created by producer Geino.

While Aaron Richards' story for 'Numb' was finally told across three segments, the journey was not over. No, quite the contrary and in fact he had opened the doors for creative talents to have the opportunity to put their mark in this series. While not completely intending to create an atmosphere of possibilities for a hit by offering his a cappella to artists, DJs and producers Arc North, New Beat Order and Cour did that very thing.

The latest remix treatment comes from the collaborative efforts of Swedish producers Arc North and Cour alongside DJ, producer and graphic designer New Beat Order based out of Spain. Arc North draws from his unique northern flair and invigorating passionate energy to build the melody and bass around Aaron Richards' vocals. New Beat Order provides his expertise to help design the tasteful slap house synths and syncopating hits. This collaborative effort has built an addictive record using just Richards' raw, energy filled, emotional and powerful vocals.

Swedish producer Oscar Christiansson, or better known as Arc North, is one of the driving forces of this edit. He is an artist in the EDM soundscapes who has amassed countless monthly listeners of his own on streaming platforms like YouTube and SoundCloud. He has also garnered the support of big names like Tiësto, Don Diablo and Dyro amongst others and has made placements on the prestigious MINT playlist on Spotify. Making waves since 2015, he has released a slew of productions, making 'Numb' his newest and latest to hit one million streams.

Aaron Richards is a singer, songwriter, producer and inspired independent artist who has been growing exponentially each year. Through millions of streams and hundreds of thousands of consistent fans in the past two years alone, it is safe to say he has had success. Most importantly, he creates music that means something to him like original craftsmanship on recent release 'Slow Dancing,' powerful collaborations alongside artists and friends like Luke Holland with 'Privilege' and hit remixes, edits and alternative versions of his record 'Numb.'
