DJ Ross Tha Boss Brings The Heat With Moombah Trap Hybrid Single 'Get Weird'

In the last two years alone, DJ Ross Tha Boss has been destroying the game through powerful productions like 'Back Around,' 'P.F.U.' and 'Lambo.' Since her 2015 debut, this is an artist that has consistently been evolving as not only a DJ, but also a quickly rising producer. Returning to the scene yet again, she has unleashed an absolute banger with moombah trap hybrid 'Get Weird.'

DJ Ross Tha Boss is an artist out of Texas who has been honing her craft for five years. Initially focusing on DJing, her early sound drew from genres like dubstep, hardstyle and others in the heavier spectrum of bass music during some of her first shows and tracks. In recent memory, she has collaborated alongside artists such as Fancy J London, SamClem and Born I Music to name a few. Having dabbled with trance, house, dubstep, hardstyle and trap amongst others, she has gotten to a place today that proves she knows what she's doing.

What separates DJ Ross Tha Boss from other artists is her willingness to create raw hybrids by bending elements of various genres to create something brand-new, original, tasteful and sometimes pleasantly unexpected. After a slew of successful songs like 'Don't Touch Me Again,' 'United,' 'Looking Back' and eclectic full-length album, It's a Boss's World, she does just this with her latest record 'Get Weird.'

Incorporating festival energy with a guitar, moombah horns, elements of trap and an RL Grime level of bass, DJ Ross Tha Boss undoubtedly ups the stakes with her new release 'Get Weird.' Once popularized by artists like Valentino Khan, Dillon Francis, Skrillex, Diplo, Major Lazer, Wiwek and Boaz van de Beatz, it is always refreshing to hear another rendition of the seemingly forgotten genre of moombahton. Check out her latest song and get weird on the dancefloor!
